If you need to take action on a specific group of users, say everyone from a spreadsheet export, you can filter your user list by pasting in a batch of phone numbers or email addresses directly.
How to filter by a list of values
1. Go to Users in the left-hand navigation panel
2. Click the Filter users dropdown at the top of the screen and select either Phone number or Email (see below).
3. Choose the is in condition. This lets you paste in a list of values.
4. Paste your list of phone numbers or email addresses (e.g. copied from an Excel spreadsheet) into the search box. This filters the table to only the users matching those values.
Taking action on those filtered users
1. Select the checkbox at the top left of the table to select all filtered users.
2. Click the Actions button to take an action such as creating an assignment, sending a notification or archiving the selected users.
